Embracing the overarching theme of "Better Film, Better Audience, and Better Society," this cinematic celebration promises a thought-provoking exploration of the intersections between cinema and societal enhancement.

A noteworthy highlight of the festival is the much-anticipated Masterclass, scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2024, to be hosted at the Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Auditorium, the prestigious main venue nestled within the Bangladesh National Museum. Renowned filmmakers including Majid Majidi, Anjan Dutt, and Dr. Shi Chuan are set to share their profound film insights during this exclusive session, providing a unique opportunity for cinephiles and aspiring filmmakers to delve into the depths of cinematic craftsmanship.

The Masterclass will be skillfully moderated by esteemed Bangladeshi film critic Bidhan Rebeiro, adding an extra layer of expertise to the event. Terms

1. Open Invitation: The Masterclass welcomes participants from all backgrounds, fostering a collaborative environment for shared learning and exploration.
2. Registration Fee: The registration fee is 5000 BDT & student registration fee is 2000 BDT.
3. Online Registration Process:
   Inside Dhaka:
   Visit the festival office physically with all the required information and registration fee. Required documentation:
   1. National ID/Birth Certificate
   2. Student/Office ID
   3. Passport-size photo
   
   
   Outside Dhaka:
   Complete online registration- fill out the registration form by paying the registration fee through Bkash/Nagad.

4. Student Verification: To avail the student fee it is required to provide a valid student ID for verifying their academic status.
5. Limited Seating: Due to the nature of the Masterclass, there is a limited number of seats available. Prospective participants are encouraged to register promptly to secure their spots.
6. Entry Pass Requirement: Participants must present at the venue with the designated entry pass provided upon successful registration, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for all involved.

Conditions:

• Registered participants shall pick up their Entry pass or ID cards at the Festival Venue (National Museum, Festival Booth) from January 20 to January 25, 2024. To attend the masterclass, show your registration confirmation email and bring your valid student or office ID with you. Ensure student IDs are within the current academic year to avoid registration cancellation, in that case, fees will be non-refundable.
• Participants must have to carry their ID card at the venue on 27th January 2024 to attend the Masterclass. Without the ID card, no one will be allowed to join the class.
• The ID Card or entry pass is non-transferable.
• Participants are required to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the scheduled time. Your prompt attendance is essential.
